Teachers must be logged into their BCPS Google account when accessing G Suite tools for use with students and for any BCPS related work.

Google Drive is a free cloud storage option from Google that is available for all BCPS teachers and students. Google Drive allows users to store and access a variety of file types. Users can access files saved to Google Drive from any device, including computers, smartphones, and tablets. Google Drive also provides users with the ability to easily share files and folders for effective collaboration.

Google Drive and Schoology
Google Drive is fully supported by our Learning Management System (LMS) Schoology. Teachers can use the Google Drive Resource App in Schoology in order to easily access and upload files saved to Google Drive. Integrating Google Drive with Schoology also allows teachers to utilize the Google Drive Assignments App to streamline the process for students to access, complete, and submit Google assignments all within Schoology.
Users will need to be logged in to Schoology for direct links to work.
