Adobe Express is an integrated web and mobile solution that enables students and teachers to easily create and share impactful visual stories. Students and teachers can quickly and easily create video slideshows, design page layout documents, and robust websites. It can be accessed from your BCPS HP Device or Chromebook, as well as mobile device via app, and all work is saved online in the Adobe cloud.
Access: Adobe Express is free for teachers and students to use with their BCPS credentials. Users can go to the Apps Portal (link also located in the BCPS Links folder in your Chrome browser) and click on the Adobe Express icon for single sign-on. Then they can follow the instructions linked below. After the initial sign-in, users should not have to repeat the process when accessing from the Apps Portal.
They may also use this link to automatically sign into Adobe Express using the browser’s credentials. Once you sign in,

Adobe Express is web-based, so each login will always have the latest tools and options available.

⭐Professional Learning for Educators offers webinars and asynchronous courses to learn about Adobe products.
BCPS Visual Arts Express Tutorials including Express Webpage (“Page”), Express Graphic (“Post”), and Express Video Slideshow (“Video”). Tutorials reference Adobe Spark, the previous name of Express, but all functions remain the same.
Innovative Designer. 4b - Students select and use digital tools to plan and manage a design process that considers design constraints and calculated risks.
Computational Thinker.5c - Students break problems into component parts, extract key information, and develop descriptive models to understand complex systems or facilitate problem-solving.
Creative Communicator. 6c - Students communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively by creating or using a variety of digital objects such as visualizations, models or simulations.
Ideas for Use
Page Layout: Posters, Flyers, Graphic Organizers - Students and faculty can create school-wide flyers, posters, or ads from scratch or using pre-made templates.
Slideshow: Portfolio, Exhibitions - Students and faculty can create video slideshows for virtual art galleries, student portfolios, and can be exported for use as morning announcements.
Video: Video Demonstration - Students and faculty can create video slideshows for video demonstrations using images, text, video, or narrated video clips of content.
Website: Art Gallery/Exhibition - Students and faculty can create art galleries and virtual exhibitions of visual content through the creation of a webpage.
