Teachers must be logged into their BCPS Google account when accessing G Suite tools for use with students and for any BCPS related work.

Connecting Your Classroom Technology

Additional support resources that may help with set up, could include:

**NOTE: Windows extended desktop mode does not support interactivity when using Interactive Projectors nor when using ActivInspire with ActivBoards. Interactivity in those situations will only work when the display mode is set to Duplicate (see Extend or Duplicate Your Desktop).

All BCPS classrooms should have a standard inventory of technology to use to facilitate instruction. Technology that should be available in each classroom includes:

Users can install software needed to support instruction using the Microsoft Intune Platform. This software includes BCPS Print Servers, ActivDrivers, ImageMate (ELMO), Sphere2 (Aver), and more!
