Google Sheets

 Teachers must be logged into their BCPS Google account when accessing Google Workspace tools for use with students and for any BCPS related work.  

Please reference Setting Up Users in Google Chrome for support in logging into your BCPS Google Account.

Grade levels: Primary, Intermediate, Middle, High

Google Sheets is a web-based spreadsheet program from Google that is available for all BCPS teachers and students.  Google Sheets allows users to create, edit, and collaborate from anywhere while changes are saved automatically.  Google Sheets also provides users with the ability to share and collaborate on spreadsheets in real time.

Getting Started with Google Sheets

The Google Docs Editor Help Center is full of user-friendly resource pages with step-by-step directions on getting started with Google Sheets and other tools.  Some helpful Google Sheets start-up resources include:
