Considerations for BCPS:

  • Google Calendar is available to BCPS teachers and students; however, it is important to note that Microsoft Outlook continues to be the calendaring tool to be used by all BCPS staff.

  • While Google Calendar has the functionality to schedule Google Meet sessions, BCPS continues to use Google Meet Nicknames as the approved method for scheduling live Google Meet session with students.
