Grade levels: Primary, Intermediate, Middle, High

Products in the Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite) are available for all BCPS teachers and students.  Google Suite provides access to tools such as Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, and more.  Users can access and share files from any device, including computers, smartphones, and tablets. Google Suite products also offer the ability to easily share and collaborate with other users within the BCPS domain.

Managing Your BCPS Google Account

Staff members, and students, can log into their BCPS Google account from the Chrome browser on their Windows device. Remember that when working on a BCPS computer, or the network, there is no assumption of privacy. Linking a personal Google account could make certain information, including browsing history, available to BCPS. BCPS devices and networks are for professional use only.

For more information about how to get started with logging in and/or managing your BCPS Google Account visit the Setting Up Users in Google Chrome page.

After logging in to your BCPS Google account, you can reference a more detailed support resource for Setting Up Users in Google Chrome through Google Drive.
